1. So…tell us about the cookies?

We make all of our cookies in very small batches. Once the dough is made, it’s chilled for at least 24 hours so the flavours can develop. The dough is then weighed and rolled by hand, baked, cooled, packaged, boxed up and sent to the recipient.

2. Ok, so what’s in them?

We pride ourselves in our ingredients - you can’t beat premium flour, Irish butter, free range local eggs, organic vanilla bean paste. We don’t use any artificial colours and use natural flavours only. You will never find any palm oil in our products in support of the rainforest alliance.

We have zero organic waste - if we have egg whites left over, we make meringues, marshmallows or omelettes!

3. How do we get our hands on some?

These are available exclusively on our online shop and we dispatch every Monday and these are sent via An Post.

We bake to order so these will be made especially for you.

4. How long does delivery take?

Delivery takes 1-3 days

6. Are they suitable for coeliacs?

All of our cookies contain gluten and due to the volume of flour we use, we are unable to facilitate any gluten free products.

7. Do you do vegan cookies?

Our cookies are not suitable for vegans.

8. How long can the cookies be kept and how do I keep my cookies fresh?

Cookies are most delicious when eaten on arrival. These can be kept up to 5 days in an airtight container, in a cool dry unrefrigerated place.

9. What is the cut-off for an order?

Sunday 8pm for Monday dispatch or until sold out.

10. Can I put a message with my order?

Yes - we have had some lovely cards designed for this. For a few short words, select “small card” and for a few sentences selected “bigger card”.

11. Where can I find allergen information?

Each bag has a sticker with allergen information.

Cookies contain: Eggs, milk, wheat (gluten), soya, nuts, may contain traces of peanuts.
